INNOVATION . PERFORMANCE . SAFETY
we are committed to excellence
When it comes to the Health, Safety and Environmental Management for our people, our service providers and the communities affected by our drilling operations - we are committed to excellence at Bostech.
We achieved Certification to AS/NZS 4801:2001 (Safety Management Systems) back in 2016, and this has been developed in consultation with industry safety consultants, along with input from our major clients.
Reviewed on an annual basis, it encompasses an extensive range of Safe Working Procedures along with information on training, maintenance, emergency procedures, hazard risk management and MSDS’s.
Our core principles in regards to Health, Safety and the Environment are:
- HSE always comes first
- Incidents and injuries are preventable.
Every individual needs to:
- Be accountable for the safety of themselves and others
- Be intolerant of unsafe practices and conditions
- Identify, assess and manage hazards
By using a compact Zero Impact Trailer, we are able to contain all drill samples, cuttings, outside returns, ground water and drill waste – preventing any harm to the drill site. The waste is then transferred to an auxiliary pod or barge and disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
During the actual drilling process, the site is protected from any oils spills or contamination, by bunding/spill matting under the drilling rig.
Clear Objective to Deliver
Our management team and staff at Bostech are focused on adapting quickly to new situations and environments, with a clear objective to deliver a safe and sustainable result to all stakeholders.
At Bostech we're committed to Zero Impact Drilling.
