Peter has thirty years experience in the drilling industry both in the field and in management. He is also the chief designer responsible for the development of the Bostech Aircore systems, drill rigs, high-pressure slim-line face sampling hammers and break out systems.
Paul has been in the drilling industry for 25 years with experience in the Drilling, Supervisory and Management of multiple drill programmes involving Deep hole RC, Hydro and Diamond drilling – ranging from Geotech to complex directional diamond drilling programs spanning across 4 continents.
Paul’s professional qualifications include an Advanced Diploma of Drilling Management, Cert IV in Front Line Management and DuPont Managing Safety certification.
Steve has been involved with safety and training within mining, construction and drilling for 10 years working on production sites in Gold and Iron Ore and exploration drilling in Western Australia and Northern Territory.
He also has had extensive service with Defence force prior to moving into the resource sector.
Steve’s professional qualifications include Diplomas in HSE and Front Line Management. Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment.
Steve has a hands on approach towards safety, training and compliance, with the qualifications he holds in these areas, he is directly involved in the conduct of quarterly, six monthly and yearly inspections and testing of all equipment that requires this level of inspection. He also conducts all of the training for Bostech in the areas of working at height, first aid, and first response to fire.
Richard is a qualified machinist with twenty years experience in Rig construction, engineering and mechanics. Richard has been with Bostech for 13 years and was previously employed as construction foreman in one of Western Australia.
